Great Recipe for Strengthening the Immune System!


How many people around you has a cold? Cold and flu season is well underway, and you can protect yourself when you make a real energy bomb.
You need:

-one glass jar
half a  kilogram of honey
-2-3 Ginger root
-one more lemon, with peel


Wash the lemon and chop it into slices. Peel the ginger and chop it into pieces of medium size. The easiest way is that if you have a blender, put lemon and ginger together in it.

When you are nagging them well into the mixture, add honey, stir well and place in a jar.

Store in the refrigerator and take one more tablespoon while children give small spoon a day. The best would be that because of this mixture of honey taking a wooden or plastic spoon.

If you prefer, you can put it in a tea or other hot drink!
