How to Cleanse your Body in Just one Day

You can do this routine once a month if you like your body to be clean and to run smoothly.

Breakfast: Fruit salad – you can use raspberries, strawberries, apples, blackberries, cherries, blueberries, pears and one hand of almonds together with fat – free yogurt.

Snack: One banana, handful of sunflower or pumpkin seeds and one glass of lemon water.

Lunch: Beans salad spiced with olive oil and lemon juice.

Snack: Radish, celery, cucumber salad, handful of raisins and glass of lemon water.

Dinner: Beaked fish with lemon juice dressing. Take this in combination with steamed vegetables.

And finally before going to bad, drink one glass of lemon water.

Note: This lemon diet should be done once in 30 days.
