The best way to simply get a sparkling white teeth is to brush your teeth after eating or drinking something. Do it regularly with clean toothbrush and real whitening toothpaste. This might involve a lot of persistence and can even be sort of difficult depending on where you are at the time. Most food does not stain teeth while some does and even stick to the teeth but if you are a regular coffee drinker or if you smoke, you can pretty much count on having discolored teeth from staining. Then If this is the case, having your teeth cleaned up every three months by a professional may need to be considered.
Apply Coconut Oil
Coconut oil helps to whiten teeth, applying coconut oil to teeth after you brush will help keep them sparkling always. Simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and add it in-between your teeth for 5 to 20 minutes. Or add a few drops to your tooth brush and simple brush it on. You can also add the coconut oil to a corner of a clean wash cloth and rub it on. Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties so it’s great for the gums as well.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Apple cider vinegar will help remove stubborn stains on the teeth, especially from coffee and nicotine. Don’t apply too much, because it contains acids, it can help remove the enamel on your teeth as well. After brushing with ACV, you need to brush again with regular toothpaste, preferably a non fluoride paste or rinse your mouth out thoroughly well with clean water.
Basil Leaves And Dried Orange Peels
Get basil leaves like 7 to 10 and dried orange peel powder 2 teaspoons, crush the fresh basil leaves and make it like paste, then add dried orange peel powder to this basil paste. Stir it properly well and apply on your teeth evenly and completely. Let it stay for about 15 to 25 minutes and then wash it out with water thoroughly. Repeat this process once daily till you get rid of the yellow or brown teeth. Basil is an herb that is good for overall health and can also be used to get healthy white teeth. Using this basil will give you a complete oral care like whitening the yellow teeth; it treats dental problems like pyorrhea and also help stops bleeding of gums.
Strawberry is quiet rich in vitamin C and it contains astringent property that help to break down the plaque that is causing the yellowness in the teeth and also gives a pearly white teeth. It also contains an enzyme called malic acid that helps to remove the stains and cleanse the teeth. You can mash up a ripe strawberry and dip your toothbrush in it but be sure to rinse thoroughly afterwards. You can as well do it this way; Take 1 strawberry and baking soda, cut the strawberry into two pieces then take one half piece and sprinkle a pinch of baking soda on it. Rub this piece on the teeth for few minutes and rinse it with water and then continue doing this process regularly in order to get complete relief from yellow teeth.
Make sure you replace your toothbrush often and also avoid using the same toothbrush for more than three months. Toothbrushes are important for converting yellow teeth into white, but that won’t happen with a toothbrush which is older than three months. A worn out toothbrush won’t be able to remove the plaque buildup or the bacteria hiding in between the corners of teeth.
