Khloé Kardashian says she is “overly thankful” for her family on Thanksgiving.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, whose brother-in-law Kanye West remains in hospital after a recent breakdown, admitted it’s not always easy being a member of the famous klan, but they cope with the ups and downs.
Writing on her website khloewithak.com about the American national holiday, she said: “We’ve been through a tonne of trials and tribulations mixed with blessings on blessings on blessings.
“When times get tough, my family seems to thrive and band together. We find a way to always persevere. Rise above the ashes!!
“Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I’m not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year.
She went on: “I’m sure we say we are all thankful for our families. I think that is the most beautiful thing to be thankful for, but every night I thank the Lord for blessing me with the world’s best support system and team of unconditional love.”
The Strong Looks Better Naked author has revealed her wish this year is to carry on the sentiment of appreciating the Kardashian/Jenner brood more all year round.
She explained: “No matter where you are in life you can always find something to be thankful for.
“My wish is that this mentality goes beyond Thanksgiving. Try practicing being thankful daily and I believe that optimism and gratitude will manifest greatness!”
Meanwhile, rapper Kanye, 39, is still being treated in UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles with wife Kim Kardashian by his side.
The Famous rapper was admitted to hospital this week for sleep deprivation, and while some members of his family are said to have been keen to have him home for the holidays, it isn’t thought that will happen.
According to TMZ, it appears Kanye’s issues are allegedly enough that his insurance policy – which covers losses for cancelled concerts due to illness – will pay out after he cancelled 21 dates of his Saint Pablo tour.
