Ludwig encourages the consumption of milk with fat instead of the low-fat one. The natural fat in milk is healthy type of fat, while the polyunsaturated fats and trans fats found in the low-fat milk are really bad for people`s health.
Bearing in mind these facts, you should consume full-fat milk instead of low-fat milk.
