Opened in 2014 by brother-sister duo Benjamin and Margaret Herreid, Arista is a downtown eatery specializing in delicious, innovative Italian cuisine. In order to showcase the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local sources, the culinary team creates a new menu each month with incredible starters, salads, entrées, and handmade pastas, which include their famous ravioli. Within a warm, inviting atmosphere, guests can feast upon highlights — all from the June menu — such as the handmade cheesy grits ravioli in a vegetable jambalaya made with bell pepper, tomato, and okra all topped with Beecher’s cheese and the Korean short rib ravioli topped with fresh pear and Napa cabbage slaw.
