Watch As The Mountain Proves He’s An Absolute BEAST And Pulls A 17-Ton Truck [Video]

When he’s not exploding heads and swooping in to Cersei Lannister’s rescue as The Mountain on Game of Thrones, Hafthor Julius Bjornsson can be found showing off his superhuman strength in a variety of ways. However, this may just be his most impressive.

The 6’9, 400 pound strongman and holder of a plethora of records, recently posted a video to Instagram displaying the depths of his skill, pulling a 17-ton truck behind him and making it look like child’s play in the process.

Bjornsson captioned the video, ‘When the power is too much!’ However, this is far from the first stunt like this, the ‘Game of Thrones’ star has pulled off.

Halthor previously won Iceland’s Strongest Man competition five years in a row and holds a number of titles, including Europe’s Strongest Man for 2014 and 2015.

Bjornsson has played Gregor Clegane also known as ‘The Mountain,’ since season four of the series, serving as the Lannister’s royal bodyguard.

In the video, which was taken in his home of Iceland, Hafthor can be seen pulling a giant semi-trailer truck, estimated to be about 17 tons. He holds onto a rope attached to the truck and walks it backwards like it’s nothing while the person pulling along beside him can barely seem to be able to keep upright.
