Ariana Grande’s Manager Defends Pete Davidson As He Returns To Instagram

Pete Davidson has finally returned to social media after taking some time away. The SNL star deleted his Instagram page following his split from Ariana Grande last month.

The 25-year-old posted a bunch of photos from his new film Big Time Adolescence, but instead of people commenting on how good it looks, trolls began posting messages about Ariana or quoting lyrics of her songs. And some were just being mean in general.

One person is sticking up for Pete though, and kinda surprisingly that person is Ariana’s manager, Scooter Braun.

After someone posted, “Ur cancelled tysm for breaking with Ariana bc she’s doing much better BYE,” Scooter commented back, “Stop the bullshit. It is nothing like that and Pete is a good dude. No one has hate for this guy and he is a stand up guy.

“Show respect because trust me everyone on this side knows he deserves it and wishes him well.”

Well. We weren’t expecting that…

Soon after their split, Pete spoke about the pair calling time on their engagement at the end of one of his SNL sketches.

“The last thing I will say is I know some of you are curious about the break-up.

“The truth is it’s nobody’s business, and sometimes things just don’t work out. And that’s okay.”

Then things got really sweet.

“She’s a wonderful, strong person, and I genuinely wish her all the happiness in the world.”

You never know… they could end up back together, right?
