Beyonce Collaborate With Google To Announce Student Scholarships

After Beyonce’s first Coachella performance she declared that her BeyGOOD charity will give $25,000 awards to four Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

“Google understands the vital role historically black colleges and universities play in delivering a high quality and culturally responsive education,” Maab Ibrahim, a program manager said in a statement. “In the last several years, Google has launched innovative programs to close the distance between Silicon Valley and HBCUs; we are proud to continue that commitment by matching Beyoncé’s generous donation.”

This is the second year of scholar programs created by Beyonce’s BeyGOOD.
