How Morgan Claims The Last Family Owned Motor Manufacturing Company.

Established in 1909, the Morgan Car Company claims to be the last family-owned, independent British motoring manufacturer remaining today. Their classic cars are all produced in a small factory in the rural hills of Malvern, England, where the company’s craftsmen build more than 1300 cars every year – entirely by hand.

We got behind-the-scenes access. From crafting the wooden frame with a 60-year-old press to hand-stitching the leather trim, here is how a Morgan car is built from scratch.
