West Midlands Police have charged two men with sexual offenses following an allegation of rape at a Wolverhampton hotel in December 2016. Oritse Williams, 31, from Croydon, London, has been charged with rape a 20-year-old waitress after he performed at the Gorgeous club in the West Midlands city, while Jamien Nagadhana, 31, from Hounslow, London, has been charged with assault by penetration.
The 20-year-old waitress alleges that Oritse fans were reportedly invited back to the hotel by the men, and she was raped by Oritse.
Oritse denied the claims via a statement from his management shortly afterward. A source alleged to The Sun: ‘They agreed to go back to his hotel with him and a friend he was with. ‘They eventually left the room but outside they realized they left coats and more importantly a handbag with a purse in it containing taxi money to get home.
Both men are to appear at Walsall and Aldridge Magistrates Court on 11 October. Police was called to the four-star Ramada Park Hall hotel in Wolverhampton in December 2016.
