The parents of a four-year-old girl are demanding answers after they were sent pictures of her seemingly tied to a chair with duct tape.
Elysha Brooks and Christian Evans were sent the image of their daughter by Missouri Department of Children and Family Services which told them it had been posted to Snapchat in March.

Elysha claimed in a Facebook post that her child, who has not been named, was taped to a chair by one of her teachers but that neither she nor Christian were informed of the incident.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear and social services are yet to comment while an investigation is underway.
But Elysha claims this isn’t the first incident they haven’t been informed about at Little Learners of Florissant, on Charbonier Road in the St Louis suburb.
She claimed the centre also failed to record an incident in which a rock was lodged in her child’s ear almost damaging her ear drum.
She later told KFVS: ”I’m looking at a picture of my daughter duct-taped to a chair, and her facial expression, I can just imagine how she felt.
‘I won’t be happy until that daycare is shut down, for one, and whoever did this to my child, whoever it is, either – it’s not an either – she needs to be in jail.’
She added: ‘Seeing your child duct taped to a chair, seeing the anxiety, seeing how scared your kid is, knowing for one that you’re not there to protect them and knowing for two that you have people around that would stoop to that level to hurt your child puts you in a crazy mind state.’
The daycare is yet to comment to attempts to contact it.
